黒崎のカムズ通り商店街から三角公園側にそれた細い通りにあります
店内はカウンターのみで焼き鳥はまとめて焼いたりせず焼きたての串を都度最高の状態で出してくれます
何を食べても美味しいのですが新メニューの創作にも熱心で、基本を磨き上げたシンプルなものから、まるで串に刺さった創作料理と言えそうなものまで様々なものを生み出しています
その数あるメニューの中で私の一押しは何と言っても皮！
この店には開店当初から通っていますが徐々にレベルアップしており最近では福岡の有名店「粋恭」、「かわ屋」に遜色ないレベル！
北九州でこのとり皮が食べれるなんて幸せです
（小倉には権兵衛がありますが）
その他にわさび醤油で食べるレアささみもおすすめ（これも福岡の味）
アルコール類は日本酒、焼酎が充実しており、特に日本酒は回転率が良いためどの銘柄も安心して飲めます
好きな店なので褒めるばかりの内容になってしまいましたが残念ながら2016年末をもって福岡へ移転するとの事
本当に残念ですが新天地でも頑張ってほしいですね
