食べログでも高得点だし、他のSNSでも、良く名前が上がっていたお店なので、行ってみました。
お通しの煮物。味が甘濃く、んっ？となりました。
まずは、2種類ある肝から。半生状態の串でした。確かに新鮮そうではありましたが…。
バラ。厚切りなのは良かったのですが、肉自体の臭みが出てて、玉ねぎと刺してはあるけど…。
皮。表面がパリパリなのは良いのでしょうが、塩が甘過ぎで、味が…。
つくね。ふわふわでした。自慢の仕込みなのでしょうが、中まで火が通ってないような…。
名店のようなのですが、残念ながら、ボクの口には合いませんでした。
