鉄なべ餃子で軽く飲んでからの２件目は焼きとりにしました。
こじんまりした店構えからして美味しいものが食べられそうな感じがします。
店内はカウンターのみ。
店主の気配りを直接感じることができます。
料理もすべてこだわりがあるのがわかります。
どれもおいしいですが特別なのはレバーとささみ。
レア物が最高に美味しかったです。
店名がバーみたいだとおもいましたが
まさしく店主はバーテンダーのようでした。
広すぎない店内でお客さんへの気配りも距離もよく、
お店を出るときにはお店の外までお見送りしてくれる。
あぁサービスってこういうことなんだなと気分よく食事をして帰ることができました。
