This is a restaurant where you can takeaway Side Dishes and rice and eat on the spot. I thought I'd come to a store I'd used several times before for the first time in a while, but the store's name had changed. ``sato sio su shoyu miso Meal/Cooking/Souraku'' The restaurant name is so long that I don't know how to read it. However, the business model seems to have remained largely unchanged. As soon as you enter the store, you will find food plates and takeaway containers. This is a system where you can freely pick up the prepared Side Dishes yourself and pay according to their weight. Lunch seems to be a bit cheap, but when I visited after 3pm, it was 246 yen (excluding tax) for 100g. There are nearly 30 types of dishes, including fried Fried food, grilled dishes, Simmered dish dishes, and salads. Apparently they use fresh vegetables from JA Fukuoka Miyako. This is what I received that day (not the official name) - Stewed mackerel - Ginger-grilled pork - Grilled chicken - Mushroom and cucumber salad - Sticky chicken - Miso eggplant - Two types of minced fish tempura I took a little Tempura. But the amount is small. The taste is a little strong, but they are all delicious. There are a wide variety of dishes that can be a main dish, from simple dishes to dishes with a twist. For rice, you can choose from white rice, brown rice, or five-grain rice. There are large, medium, and small sizes, and the medium costs 210 yen. About the size of a regular rice bowl. That's about 800 yen. If you're going to eat, you'd want soup, but it didn't seem like they had it. There is a space where you can eat next to the space where prepared Side Dishes are lined up. Tea and cleaning are self-service. There is a range. It's surprisingly spacious, with maybe 20 seats. Considering the volume of the meal, it may seem a little pricey, but it's fun to eat a variety of foods in small portions. Bento (boxed lunch) range from ``Aya Bento (boxed lunch)' (550 yen) to ``Shiki Aya'' (1500 yen). It's a restaurant where you can look forward to seeing what kind of Side Dishes will be available that day.
