換気のためか入口解放してたので、入りやすかった(笑)
店内不明瞭だと行きにくいから、こういうの大事。

キッシュは、牛蒡inな和の具材。バター、チーズが効いててコクアリ！1番旨し。
雑穀ご飯もツヤありの美味しいモノ、薄っすら下味付き。
豚肉のスペアリブかな？程よい柔らかさ。
カリフラワーとブロッコリーのマリネ、コレも美味しかった。野菜の歯応えをキチンと活かせた一品。
