前々から気になってたので入ったみました。
週半ばなのもあったのか、客はなし。一抹の不安を覚えました。
メニューはシンプルで、醤油ちゃんこか塩ちゃんこのセットを頼んで、一品を追加で頼む感じでしたので、ちゃんこに小鉢などのついてる、塩ちゃんこのお得セットを注文しました。
セットについて来た小鉢は切り干し大根で、甘い感じの味付けがなかなか良くて、サラダはキャベツとコーンだったのですが、ごまドレッシングがこれもなかなか美味しく、鍋への期待を膨らませてくれました。
次に出てきたのが、から揚げでした。多分、ちゃんこのスープに漬け込んだ鶏肉を揚げたんだろうなという感じを受けたのですが、肉はジューシー衣はサクサク味はほんのり旨味がついてて、久しぶりにから揚げを食べて、美味しいなあと思い、追加で単品のから揚げを注文してしまいました。
で、鍋。スープはやさしい味付けで美味しいです。具は、鳥ももに豚バラに白菜に玉ねぎにしらたきにつくねでしたが、つくねにほんのり柚子が効いてて、つくね鍋だったら良かったのにと思わせる程でした。
しめは、店主オススメのリゾットだったのですが、ボクは、正直イマイチでした。スープの味が台無しになってる気がしましたが、そのくらいこのちゃんこスープは美味しかったです。
鍋単品1800円との値段設定が、鍋料理だけでなく、他の飲食店との競合のなかで、コスパが良いとは言いづらいですが、味自体は、店主の鋭敏であろう味覚が反映されてて、納得でした。
気の良い女将さんがいれば、繁盛するだろうなとの印象を持ちました。
