Sand covering set is a great deal! Chanko shows its true value in rice porridge.
A chanko specialty store run by former sumo wrestler and professional wrestler Koga ╭( ・ㅂ・)و Next door sells ``Kouga no Karaage'' and bento Bento (boxed lunch). There is a set available only for counter seats, and it's a good deal, but I like the name ``Sunakaburi Set''◎ Chanko alone costs 1,800 yen, and the set includes 2 Karaage chicken and a drink for 2,200 yen. The fried chicken came freshly fried from the Bento (boxed lunch) next Karaage. Each piece is large and seasoned well, so it's quite filling. The koromo is thin, but it makes a statement with its crispiness. It's delicious, but I'm the type of person who says "just one is enough" (lol) I'm a niche person who likes things with potatoes and pears, so don't worry about it (;^ω^) Maybe as Karaage chicken. The overall power of is quite high. If it was a Bento (boxed lunch), I would probably eat white rice with it, so I think it would be just right. I decided to order one serving of chanko with soy sauce and salt to share (*^^*) It was a heaping pile of Chinese cabbage, enoki mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, pork, chicken, meatballs, shirataki, and tofu. It's probably about 1.5 servings...I was already feeling full from Karaage, so it may have felt like a lot. The soy sauce is made from chicken stock, and the soy sauce flavor is sweet and delicious! My favorite ingredient is soup! (lol) Yuzu pepper is very spicy, so be careful. It seems to be handmade by a greengrocer. The salt has a novel taste of garlic chips as a seasoning. I was pretty full before eating the rice porridge, but due to the time lag, I decided to order something to finish it off. ``Konizotto'', which is only available at Shiochanko, is a flavor created by Mr. Konishiki. The real thing was...cheese risotto ☆ᐠ( ᐢ ᵕ ᐢ )ᐟ After eating something salty, my appetite recovered slightly. I get the impression that you can't eat it (lol) The appearance of cheese gives it a Western flavor, so adding garlic chips goes perfectly ◎ And the real finishing touch is Ajiho egg porridge ♪ Recently, this Ajiho egg has been produced. I ate the pudding from the Nogami poultry farm and it was delicious, so I'm happy to see them again ⸜( ´ ꒳ ` )⸝ The strong flavor of the soup makes it even more delicious! The next time I came, I was completely looking for the rice porridge (lol) It seems that Mr. Konishiki came to the store the week before this. Apparently there was a limited edition menu that used Konishiki Barbecue sauce (º﹃º) I'm jealous of those who were able to try it! We had a great time talking about interesting stories about sumo and professional wrestling, and local talk with Mr. Koga who is from Nogata City. I'm also curious about the tail curry, and I want to try the soy sauce chanko porridge again! But the salt and risotto are so delicious...I'm at a loss again (lol)

*As of October 3, 2021, business hours have changed to 17:00-20:00. I had been dying to visit again, and it came true (*´艸`) After watching a pro-wrestling show in the evening, I moved from Moji to Orio and had someone pick me up, so it was really last minute, but...I will continue to update the business hours. They say they plan to follow the prefecture's request. The last time I passed by and it wasn't open was because it was closed (Monday, September 20th) Soy sauce chanko has a mild soup stock that is basically delicious, and shio chanko has a limited edition conisotto that has an addictive taste. I can't choose one, but since there are two of us, we can eat both (*^∀^*) The ingredients are the same: chicken pieces (boneless), Chinese cabbage, shiitake mushrooms, meatballs, pork, shirataki, onions, and tofu.・Enoki. The condiments are yuzu pepper and fried garlic. A former sumo wrestler comes over every now and then to check on the heat and make sure it's cooked properly (∩´∀`)∩ ● Karaage King Fang (600 yen) You can eat it while the pot is boiling. Ordered. Freshly fried, crispy koromo, plump and juicy chicken, and huge. When I came here for the first time, I thought the texture was good, but the taste was a little too strong for me, but this time it was just right (´⊙ω⊙`) Maybe it was because I was incredibly hungry. I don't know (lol) Or maybe I squeezed a large lemon to give it just the flavor I wanted. I once had it without lemon, but I love lemon, so unless the soy sauce taste doesn't go well with Karaage itself, I usually squeeze it. The chicken inside Koga's Karaage chicken has a strong flavor, but the koromo is plain, so the lemon goes well with it♪ He seemed to have come by himself recently to buy a Bento (boxed lunch) (he bought a bento at restaurant next door). (Also available at Bento (boxed lunch)) You can feel the rush (lol) ●Soy Sauce Chanko (1800 yen) The soy sauce is a super gentle soy sauce flavor with umami and sweetness, just two steps away from being bland and unsatisfying. The flavor of the soup stock is very mild, but the meatballs have a nice hint of ginger and a nice contrast! The ingredients are large and there are a lot of them, so even if you eat it with the intention of preserving it rather than drinking it, you'll notice that the soup stock has decreased (;´∀`) When finishing the dish, if the soup stock has decreased too much, they will add more. is safe. Ajiho egg porridge is delicious again! ●Salt Chanko (1,800 yen) I thought the salt would be lighter and the fried garlic would be for the finishing touch, but it actually goes well even if you add it in the hotpot stage. And when I eat soy sauce chanko after eating salt chanko, it's even more sweet than the first time and it's delicious (゚∀゚) After he discovered this way of eating, I decided that I would definitely eat it this way. (lol) The Shio Chanko limited edition Konizotto has melted cheese floating like a oyster ball and seems rich, but the original soup stock is light so it doesn't feel too overdone and has a very good balance ◎ Cheese taste I think it's a mild flavor that isn't too salty or sour, so it doesn't disrupt the Japanese atmosphere. While adding a Western essence and accent with cheese and fried garlic, it still maintains the Japanese spirit of being a rice porridge to finish off the hot pot. I want to come back again and eat it regularly~( ˘ω˘ *) Chanko nabe itself is probably an unfamiliar dish that I probably didn't eat until I was an adult, and I still don't particularly like it. As a native Fukuoka resident, when I think of hotpot, I first think of Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot), Hot Pot, or Sukiyaki or shabu shabu, which has been widely recognized as a family delicacy since the Showa era. But this chanko makes me want to eat it regularly (*´з`) I don't like to leave any leftovers, but I pick up the pot, turn it over, scrape up every last grain of rice porridge, and eat it (lol). I think a lot of it is that the final dish is delicious. Also, the prices of the soft drinks are surprisingly reasonable...For non-alcoholic drinkers, we are grateful that we can refill the drinks without any hesitation. We recommend the Sunakaburi set, which is limited to counter seats, as it is a great value for those who mainly drink alcohol.
