以前から気になっていた、麺やNOSUKE。
最近、大先輩からも赤担々つけ麺を猛烈に勧められ、
もしも味覚が合わなかったら面倒だな…と思いながら
ようやく初訪問。
コロナの影響からか、店主らしき男性一人で営業。
迷わず赤担々つけ麺を注文しました。
辛さが初期、中級、上級(無料)、激辛、鬼辛(+100円)
と選べて、追加料金の発生しない上級を注文。笑
先客3人の後で提供されたので、提供まで10分ほど。
■赤担々つけ麺（税別680円）
担々麺と言うより、宮崎名物の辛麺のようなつけ麺。
出汁の効いた甘めのつゆ（他のレビューを読むと、
豚茄子つけ麺のつけ汁？）に辛味を加えている模様。
つけ汁は、担々麺の特徴とも言えるゴマや味噌風味は
感じられず、肉そぼろ、かき卵、ニラが入っていて、
出汁の効いた辛麺。（これはこれで好きでした。）
麺は平打ちの縮れ麺。麺の上に糸唐辛子と素揚げした
ししとうが盛り付けられてました。麺はちゅるしこな
食感が美味しかったけど、ボリュームは少なめ。
大盛1.5倍(150円)や2倍(200円)にすれば良かったな。
替玉(200円)もありましたが、今回は断念。
少食でない方には、一人前では物足りないかも。
この量で税込748円は、若干の割高感も有りますが、
初めて『つけ麺』が美味しいと思えました。
帰り際、店主が玄関先まで見送って下さり、先輩が
話していた通りの店主の人柄の良さも実感。
次は豚茄子つけ麺も食べてみたいなと。
