It is a little far from JR Kurosaki Station and a little on the opposite side of the prosperous area. The exterior is orthodox and the interior is bright. There is one TV and background music. Personally, the sound is cluttered, but it is clean. Smoking is allowed inside the restaurant. ◇Seating There are 6 seats at the counter, 4 tables for 4 people, and 1 table for 2 people. ◇Menu structure The menu is divided into two sections: the regular menu and today's recommendation. The regular menu includes speed menus, salads, Fried food, sashimi, skewers, noodles, rice, etc. The today's recommendation is also mainly composed of sashimi. Rather, the Senbero Set is worth mentioning, even though it has a time limit! Here is what I ordered. ・Red Tantan Tsukemen (780 yen) →I went to the restaurant for Senbero, but I couldn't help but order it...lol I guess I wanted something spicy. Anyway, it's like a spicy version of Tantanmen, a tsukemen version, and there are five levels of spiciness: beginner, medium, advanced, very spicy, and extremely spicy. The owner said, "I think I'll start with the medium level," but I ordered the advanced level. lol In the end, I ate it all, but here's a brief review. The noodles are flat. The dipping sauce contains fish powder and the broth is a strong type. The lion pepper and lemon garnishes are well-thought-out and have a strong presence and effectiveness. Even though it's highly spicy, the dipping sauce has a strong sweetness, so I don't think it's difficult to finish the spicy food, but the fish powder and the sweetness are likely to be personal preferences. Personally, I think it's an interesting flavor, so it's fine! However, it may lack the typical taste of Tantanmen. The noodles are also flat and smooth to the touch. However, some people may feel that the noodles are too thick. For me, it's fine. By the time I finished eating, I was a little sweaty, but the quantity was also very good and I was very satisfied. ◆Strong points Great value Senbero set!
