黒崎にてぼっちランチ。
ちょっと暑い中、気になっていたラーメン屋さんまで歩いて来ました。
「田中華麺飯店」さんに。
ランチ時なので、ランチメニューを選んでねと。
まっ、ですよね※(*'▽')
坦々麺と悩みましたが、2号店で坦々麺食べてたので、ここは訳の分からん中華そば(ぶた)を注文。
でも、結果オーライ！
何か不思議中華そばが登場。
☘️中華そば(ぶた)
♬ちゃんと 中華そばでした。一瞬豚骨かもと思ってたけど、見た目から醤油。
でも、そこはかなりのひねりのある中華そば。
チャーシューとかではなく、丸源ラーメンの肉そばの肉のようなぶた。
最初からオニオンチップがのっていて、この子がいい仕事してます。
スープは外れ過ぎない変化球。不思議なスープ。
だけど、めっちゃ美味いスープ。私飲み干しましたもん。
そして何よりビックリはこの、細縮れ麺‼️
素麺より細く‼️
素麺よりコシあり。
縮れてるからスープによく絡むんです！
世にも奇妙なラーメンを完食です。
ご飯もね。←これは普通ね。
とにかく美味しいけど、ちょっとコスパ的にはちょっとマテな感じです。
