This is a restaurant that requires reservations. It's located behind Applied, a computer shop. It's hard to tell because there's no signboard in front of it. The sign itself is small. There are two types of meals: course only, ¥12,000 and ¥17,000. I ordered selection dish for ¥17,000. Visited on Saturday at 18:00. The chef was doing everything by himself, so it was difficult when he first opened. Today's reservation is for 5 people including me. 〇White wine glass ¥1,500 New Zealand wine is recommended. It sure might be delicious. ◆Homemade bread Cut long baked bread. Fluffy and has just the right amount of elasticity. Subtly sweet and delicious. ◆Duck and Chocolate pie, beetroot sauce, ground duck stewed in red wine, accompanied by Italian vegetable trevis Did I mention tardivo? Tastes like chicory. ◆Onion gratin soup Onions are from Awaji Island. Soup eaten in semi-solid form. It has a natural sweetness because it is thoroughly stir-fried♪ ◆Seafood and cauliflower mousse Ara, wasabi tobiko, abalone, scallops, prawns, tuna? , Yamaguchi sea urchin, etc. I couldn't help but order it to match the seafood. 〇Toyo Bijin Shunkyo no Sake (Hagi City, Yamaguchi Prefecture) Glass ¥800 After all, sake goes with sashimi. ◆Foie gras toast caramel sauce Star anise scent♪ Foie gras is delicious! It goes well with sweet caramel sauce. Not too sticky and just the right amount of richness♪ ◆Grilled vegetables Japanese vegetable turnips, Korikiki, etc. With bagna cauda style anchovy sauce. 〇Glass of white wine ¥1,200 ◆Boar orecchiette Pasta means earlobe in Italian. ◆Monkeyfish Saffron Risotto Lily Root The monkfish is fresh and plump! 〇Red wine glass ¥1,200 ◆Stewed beef cheeks Slice truffles and topping in front of you! The meat is simmered until it's plump and soft. ◆A5 fillet shabu-shabu shabu The yuzu pepper and Kagoshima soy sauce and black vinegar make it so refreshing that you can eat it even though you're full♪ The shungiku is said to come from Nanchara City (I forgot) near here. The quirks are modest and a little unsatisfactory. ◆Coffee and Tea A refreshing and light drink. ◆Dessert Finally, Dane and the Mont Blanc Machine appear. Finished with Mont Blanc and coated with chestnut mousse. Moderately sweet. Inside are boiled apples, fresh cream, and meringue. Most of the dishes were orthodox, but they were all delicious~♪ The bill was ¥21,700. Thank you for the meal.
