所用の際に初訪問。
月曜日の11:25に到着すると、5名様が並んでる状態。その後、開店時間の11:30ちょうどに、店内へと案内されました。入店してからは、入店順に注文を聞かれます。
事前に食べログで調べておいたので、チャーシューの大とおにぎり２個をすぐに注文。
そして、ここからですが、たぶん３人前ずつ作ってるようで、最初の３名様が食べ終えたぐらいで、ようやく提供されました。
で、肝心のラーメンですが、久留米系ラーメンながらもあっさりとした仕上がり。全体的に少し薄いかなぁという印象でした。チャーシューは好みですが、何か物足りないというのが、個人的な感想です。
常連さんが多いようで、女将さんが『いつものでいい？』と聞く光景を目にする事が多かったですが、最後は個人の好みの問題ですかね(笑)
