For our lunch and dinner blowfish dishes, we use fresh tiger blowfish delivered from our affiliated store, Shimonoseki Fugu no Morimoto Shoten. The transparency and deep flavor of this product, which can only be delivered directly, makes it an addictive dish. The "Tsuki" course offers ususukuri, fried chicken, and chirinabe. For the ``Hana'' course, try comparing the famous ``Torabutsu,'' which is made with plenty of green onions and chunks of puffer fish mixed with ponzu sauce, and thinly sliced sashimi. We also have special lunch-only meals, so please feel free to make a reservation.

No reservation is required for the cafe time from 11:00 to 16:00. The matcha used is ``Hoshi no Tomo'' from Hoshino Village, Yame City, produced by Tsujiri Tea Shop. You can enjoy an elegant tea time by pairing it with Suzu Monaka from the local Japanese Confectionery shop Baien. In addition to matcha, we also offer coffee and other drinks, so please feel free to stop by. Please note that we may not be open depending on the number of group customers.

Inside the hotel, you can feel the atmosphere of a high-class restaurant from the early Showa era. There are four private rooms on the first floor, and a large hall on the second floor that can accommodate up to 60 people. There are few pillars, and you will be impressed by the spacious space where you can see far into the distance. In addition, unique to our store, you can experience the special feeling of each room reflecting the prosperity of the time, such as the different interior decoration and furniture. Please use it not only for sightseeing and dining with friends, but also for family gatherings and parties such as auspicious events and memorial services. It is also possible to just tour the inside of the building.

Moji Port flourished as a port town from the Meiji period to the Showa period, and the retro townscape that harkens back to those days remains. Sangi-ro, a constituent cultural property, was once a high-end restaurant representing Moji Port, and is one of them. Built in 1930, it is one of the largest existing wooden three-story restaurant buildings in Kyushu. At that time, it played an important role as a social gathering place for people from large companies and government offices. The sophisticated craftsmanship of the craftsmen of the time is scattered throughout, such as the finely crafted transoms and base windows.
