Chinese Cuisine with a casual and elegant atmosphere
I found this place when I was looking for a restaurant where I could take my elderly parents and two children on January 3rd of the new year. It was a good thing that we had made a reservation in advance, but on the day of the event, it seems that customers who did not have a reservation were turned away. Most of the people around me were ordering courses, but since my parents don't eat much, I ordered the Shikisai lunch. It takes about 8 minutes to serve. There is a large selection of items, and they are served as a set. The menu consisted of cream-stewed shrimp and winter vegetables, beef dumplings with sweet soy sauce, 2 types of shumai, small dishes - Chinese-style pickled cucumbers, salad, rice, soup, sesame dumplings, dessert - a soy milk almond tofu-like dessert, pickled vegetables - zha cai. Most of the dishes were carefully made and delicious, but I felt that the two main dishes were too elaborate. . . It was the only Chinese Cuisine lunch set available that day, and it was a highly creative menu that wasn't even listed on the individual menu. The shrimp and winter vegetable cream stew has vegetables and tender shrimp in a creamy sauce, but the taste is almost Western Cuisine. The creamy texture of the potato starch gave it a strange and good taste, but I don't think it's a Chinese menu item. The beef dumplings with sweet soy sauce sauce are a hearty minced meat cutlet arranged in a Chinese style, but the dumpling patty is covered in potato starch from the onion, making it chewy and firm. It was unpopular because it was too large and difficult to eat, and the spice taste was subtle. Other shumai, soup, dessert Louis, and pickles were delicious. The candy-filled sweet potato, which was ordered as an additional order at the child's request, was exquisite and delicious, with the crunchy candy filling on top of the fluffy sweet potato. The customer service and the atmosphere inside the store are elegant and polite. There are many items on the menu, and the price range is reasonable. However, the main dish was not typical of Chinese food, so the impression was diminished. If I wanted to eat typical dishes such as shrimp chili or sweet and sour pork, I probably should have ordered the course...I regret it a little. Next time I would like to order a course or a single item. Thank you for the meal (^people^)

小倉南区に所用あって、
何食べたいって話になって、
年始に少し残念だったけど何か気になった
こちらのお店が候補に上がり、
行く事になったのです。
今回も事前に予約しましたが、
予約のお客様がいるので提供まで時間がかかります、と席がカウンター席になる旨了承頂ければとの事でしたが、問題なかったので予約して来店しました。
前回、定番ではない期間限定のランチメニューが
好みに合わなかったので、
極力ド定番で食べてみたく。
今回は定番メニューが盛り込まれた
富貴彩ランチ＋オリジナルジャスミンティー＋桜の台湾カステラ
をオーダーしました。
通されたのはカウンター席、とは言え、
吹き抜けの高い天井と、手入れの行き届いた観葉植物の見える素敵なお席。待ち時間も退屈せず過ごせました。
時間がかかると言われた割には、10分とかからずオールメニューがのった御膳形式で提供されました。

熱いものは熱々で。
酢豚の野菜のシャキシャキさと豚バラ肉の濃厚さのハーモニー。
エビチリのソースの旨トロ味と海老のプリプリ感の相性。
フカヒレスープのトロ旨み。
サイドメニューの飲茶や小鉢まで。
楽しくいただくことができました。
更にジャスミンティーは蒸らしを入れながらゆっくりほどけていく茶葉と香りを楽しめて＋200円。
程よい塩見と風味まで満喫できるビジュアルよろしき桜台湾カステラは蒸し立てでほっこり。
女子ハートをキュンキュンさせる素敵なチャイニーズダイニングでした。
店員さんのご対応も親切で心地良く、贅沢な気分になりました。
ワンランク上の中華料理店、堪能させていただき^ました。
また近辺きたら今度はご飯もの、麺ものも期待できそうなので試してみたいです。
