朝9時開店の『正ちゃん』で肉うどんの大、めしの小、玉ねぎ天をオーダーしました。
まず、玉ねぎ天ですけど、半分は塩をかけ、あとの半分は後で出される肉うどんの上にのせるっていう風にしていただき、玉ねぎの甘みがあります。めしは切り干し大根のぬか漬と一緒にいただきましたが、肉うどんは順番がバラバラ、僕より後に来られ、後で注文した人を優先にし、僕が後に出されたことで残念です。
肉うどんですけど、コロコロとしたホホ肉はいいですが、肉が何か臭いから残念です。肉うどんといったらすりおろし生姜と唐辛子は欠かせません。より美味さが倍増になるから、これが肉うどんの特徴です。
まだまだどこかに小倉肉うどん屋があるが、メチャクチャなうどん屋はもうねっと感じました。
