~肉うどん小~〈680円〉
今回のお店は徳力嵐山口駅から徒歩10分。住宅街の中にひっそりと佇む小倉名物の肉うどん屋だ。1993年にオープンしたという「正ちゃんうどん」はどきどきうどんの中でも穴場的存在？昔は別の建物で営業されていたそうですが、少し大きいこちらの物件へ移られたそうです。うどんはガッツリ平打ちの自家製麺が旨い。頰肉は歯応えの良い部位、柔らかい部位の2種類あって飽きない。出汁はガツンと醤油が効いている。生姜と一味を入れたら、もう後には引けないその刺激的すぎる味わい。正ちゃんオリジナルメニューもあったのでまた期待して来たい。
