During lunch, I was thinking about which restaurant to go to for my usual udon, and suddenly remembered something. Teppan-yaki restaurant! My head and stomach were filled with the aroma of sauce. Switch on! I was the only customer, and I ordered kohakuyaki. It was a yam-based Okonomiyaki without cabbage? Apparently. Well, the waiter recommended it, so that's fine for now. Appetizer Salad and sauteed chicken? (I should have asked) Meat sauce? Tacos? Canapes All were pretty good, but I'm still not convinced! The main dish, kohakuyaki, appeared! ️ After one bite... The crunchy texture of the yam that still retained its original shape in the fluffy yam dough, the taste of the shrimp, squid, pork ingredients and the sauce mixed together for the best taste and texture. My heart and stomach were both satisfied, and I felt small for being a little irritated. No, it's small... Let's live softly and fluffy like this Okonomiyaki. Thank you for the meal.
