Located near Shimozone Station, this restaurant is listed as an "Izakaya (Japanese-style bar)" on Tabelog but is more like a "bar". It's actually a restaurant. It's part of the "Katsuya" chain, and everyone in the Shimozone area knows about it. That said, I'd completely forgotten about it until my companion pointed it out to me. This time, I visited after drinking quite a bit. Normally, I would have called it a day in preparation for the next day, but since it was the day I got my third dose of the vaccine, I drank heavily until late into the night, thinking that I'd be bedridden the next day due to side effects. I was told to limit my alcohol intake on the day of the vaccine, but I went for a non-alcoholic drink the second time, but I ended up falling asleep, so I decided it didn't matter and gulped down a lot of wine. As for snacks, I ordered a parfait, thinking that something that goes well with wine and goes down easily even at this time of day when I'm full... (lol). It was Chocolate based, but it also had berry-based ice cream on top, and the sourness was refreshing and really pleasant. Recently, parfaits have become a common way to finish off a night of drinking, and it's a combination that makes sense. I didn't take any photos, but the other Italian Cuisine food was also excellent, as expected from the "Katsuya" group! It's not like a similar store in a certain group nearby (although it has already closed)! By the way, the results of a human experiment showed that the side effects were overwhelmingly milder when the third dose was administered while drunk. The sample size was too small, so it may have been a coincidence, but I think I'll drink on the day I get my fourth dose as a good luck charm.
