以前の居酒屋さんには時々行っていたのでどんな風に変わっているのか楽しみで訪問しました。
綺麗になっていてびっくり！
予約をしていなかったのでカウンターへ。
どうやって焼くの？？と心配になりましたが、隣を見てると七輪（でよかったでしたっけ？）登場で納得です。
でもカウンターが高くて焼きにくい(＠_＠;) ちょっと残念でした。
カルビや上ロース、タン塩と通常の焼肉を食べハツ・ホルモンにいきました。
ホルモンは薄いのか焼きづらかったです。
イチボや友三角？（何と読むのでしょうか？）など種類が豊富でしたが、今度食べてみる事にします。
牛のイラストがあり、各部位の名前や特長が書かれていてわかりやすかったです。
タレはしょうゆダレしか気がつきませんでした（*^_^*）
これも今度のお楽しみです。
連れが飲まないので最初にごはんを頼んだのですが、ごはんが一番最初にやってきてお肉が来るまでに結構な時間がありました。
スープもごはんを食べ終わる頃だったでしょうか。
忙しそうだったので仕方ないと思うのですが、一緒に持ってきて欲しかったです。
お酒好きな私としてはお酒の種類が少ないのは残念でした。
お酒と頼んで、冷やか熱燗かも聞いてくれなかった(>_<)
帰りはちゃんとドアの所までありがとうございました！と来てくれました♪
これから味も接客もどう変わっていくのか楽しみなお店です。
