ふつーに美味しいでいいのかも…
とも思わないこの頃。たかぽんぬです。
下曽根駅、目の前のちどり屋しましまやさん。
お通し…The枝豆とお豆腐。
あっ、これは、ちょっと…。
心をもう少し込めて頂けたら～。
ちどりのたたき
タレが少し甘いなとは思う。
玉ネギのスライスがもう少し厚めの方が
好きかも。
でも、とりのたたき自身は、炭の感じが好き。
強すぎない焼炭感が丁度いい(^ー^)
アボカドとじゃこ。
ちりめんじゃこかと思ったら、ちゃんとカリカリのじゃこ。うん、薄めの味でいい。
今回は頼んでないが、
ぢどりの炭火焼きもふつーに好きな方。
ここのいいなと思うとこは、
｢味なるべく薄め｣にを、覚えてて下さり
毎回上品目に薄くして下さる。
そして、お客様をまわしたいのも勿論分かるが
マスターのお兄さんが食べるスピードに
合わせて料理を出して下さる。
あたし達、だいたいパッパッと食べたいのでw
