A yakitori restaurant located north of Shimozone Station. I got off the station and went out to the north exit thinking I was going to eat Ramen at "Konryu" for the first time in a while, but now that I think about it, I've been there several times already, and it's a good idea to check out the taste (arrogant?), so I didn't mind. Okay, first of all, I wanted to enjoy a good meal at another restaurant while I was still hungry, so I visited this place that was right in front of the station. There are table seats, but only a few counter seats. However, since I was alone, I thought I would sit at the counter, but thanks to the customer who was sitting comfortably (don't sit from the edge and put his bag on an empty seat), which I often do these days, I ended up sitting at the very back. I don't have any complaints at the back, but the counter here has a triangular shape that approaches the back wall, making it quite narrow... I don't think you should use a seat like this unless it's really full. Well, I was expecting yakitori because it said "Jidori", but it wasn't on the menu. Seared chicken using Chiran chicken stands out, but "Chiran chicken" is not local chicken! ? What a mystery (if anything, it's a broiler breed). So, cook properly. So, there was `` Ramen'' on the menu, so as Ramen lover, I ordered this as well. The noodles are a little powdery. The dashi feeling is light. However, the taste is closer to "bland" than bland, and it doesn't feel that poor. There's thickly shaved bonito on top, and the piping hot dashi is added to give it a bit of a Japanese-style dashi. However, the seasoning was a little light overall, and I felt like I would eat Ramen after drinking shikotama. As for the ingredients, the spices are too spicy and the soup is too light. The chicken chashu (or rather, the tataki type, although it was well cooked) was good. So far, this is the best chicken topping in Kitakyushu (even better than Sarutahiko). So, in the second half, Japanese dashi became really strong, didn't it? That's what I thought, but it seemed like the shavings had sunk to the bottom. I wanted to tell him to show his face sooner (lol), but the last bite was delicious. I was curious about what "jidori" meant, but there were a lot of customers and it looked busy, so I didn't ask and left without asking...but I won't write about it here. But (bitter smile).
