今回紹介するのは、福岡県北九州市小倉南区日の出町1-6-57にある【SUNABAR(スナバー)】さんです。近くには小倉競馬場があります。北九州モノレール下を走る国道322号線からはひとつ奥に入った路地にあります。
美味しいお蕎麦が食べたいなら迷わずスナバーを推します。最近再び寒い日々が続いてるのであったまる『鴨南そば』はいいですね。鴨の美味しさとお出汁の美味しさがあわさってすごくいい。残さず飲み干したくなるスープですね。鴨の旨味も濃くていい。噛みしめたくなるお肉です。柚子胡椒をいれるとスープにより深みがでてオススメです。
そして、うどん屋さんやお蕎麦屋さんがつくる『丼ものメニュー』は不思議と美味しいですよね。やはり『つゆや出汁』が美味しいので丼ものメニューの味も美味しくなるのかなぁと思いながら、よくカツ丼を頼んでしまいます。サクサクに揚がったカツとジューシーなお肉。とろとろたまごにつゆだくに浸ったご飯が最高に美味しかったです。
