小倉南区横代にある、鳥料理 兼 宮崎系の辛麺の店。両方食べられる夜に訪問。鶏料理だけどまずまず(以下略)。
本題(？)の辛麺だが宮崎系とは違い甘さ控えめ。したがって0辛でもそんなに違和感なく食べらられる味だろう。一方で辛さは辛麺ほどレベル差はなく、今回は中辛にしたがピリ辛程度。鶏の炭火焼が入っているのは面白くて、これは個性ではあるが、僕みたいに夜に両方食べに行った人間にとっては味がダブってしまった感も。
辛いのOKな人は大辛以上推奨だが、値段が950円、激辛になると1,200円になるのでホイホイは頼めないであろうことはネックかな。
