Although it opened in October of this year (2023), those who are familiar with the area will know that the tenant has been changing all the time. The exterior has been revamped, and the inside of the store is bright and woody. BGM available, no smoking inside, ashtray available outside. ◇Seating There are 10 counter seats and tatami rooms surrounding the kitchen. ◇ Menu structure Although there is a laminated paper-based menu, the basic system is to read a QR code and order using your smartphone. Basically only the regular menu...I guess. It consists of vegetables, sashimi, fried Fried food, yakitori, special dishes, etc. The following is what I ordered:・Rare grilled white liver (180 yen) → Price including tax. As I mentioned earlier, I didn't like smoking due to the high turnover of tenants and personal reasons, but one day when I called to make a reservation, I was turned down as the place was full. . I wouldn't say it was full on this day, but it was a decent number. I ordered several pieces of yakitori, my favorite, but the one that was particularly good was the rare grilled white liver, which is now available everywhere and is no longer a rarity. Served on a small plate with green onions, ground sesame seeds, salt, and sesame oil, it tastes as good as it looks. The pasteurization was good, but I felt it was a little beyond my preference. That being said, it's definitely within the standard range, and the prices are reasonable, perhaps due to the location in Wakazono. It is clear that other yakitori also meet the median price, and are generally delicious. Other than the yakitori, the skewered chicken (picture 13) was so delicious that it couldn't be underestimated. It may be obvious, but the cucumbers are fresh and delicious...I wish this would be the minimum standard for other stores as well. LOL ◆Strong Points This is a Yakitori restaurant that we have high hopes for in the future! ◆Customer service Average...I guess. ◆Summary The only thing left to do is whether or not the offal hotpot is delicious...If I get hooked on it, I think I'll be using it regularly.
