18年振りの訪問です。三徳ラーメン本店は無くなってしまいましたが、此方は当時と変わらず営業しており、思わず飛び込みました。
生ビール小 ¥400
刺身盛合せ ¥700
ももからあげ ¥600
ラーメン ¥400
刺身盛合せは、特筆する物は有りません。
しかしながら此方の一押しは、ももからあげです。骨付のもも肉と、もも肉上部から成り、軽く粉が付いた、ほぼ素揚げ状態で提供されます。
まずパリパリの香り高い皮に、軽く塩を振り味わい、そしてジューシーなもも肉にかぶり付き幸福を感じます。骨付からあげには当時驚きました。
西横浜 / やまと の"モモ揚げ"とそっくりですがCPが高い分、此方百万石に軍配は上がります。
〆のラーメンは化調が効いているが、意外に動物感のしっかりした醤油ラーメンです。
¥400のラーメンは、私の中では最安ですが
これもCPが高いです。
店内は繁盛している様で、人気店振りも変わりませんね。
