行橋市で前回、超メジャーラーメン店の
金田屋本店さんに訪問させていただいた時に
気になっていた、黒豚とんこつらーめん まるしんさんへ
コインパーキングも近くにたくさんありますので自動車でも安心
お昼の時間も過ぎていたのですんなり着席
せっかくなのでチャーシュー麺に味玉キクラゲをトッピング、麺の硬さはかた麺でオーダー
待つこと数分
ついつい全国区の金田屋さんと比べてしまいますが
まるしんさん美味しいです。
金田屋さんのスープも濃厚でしたがまるしんさんの方が少しマイルド優しく感じスープ全部飲みきる勢いでした。
麺は超細麺、味玉は名前のごとくしっかり味がついています。
素材にこだわりを感じるまるしんさんでした。
