上品なとんこつらーめんの味が堪能できます。
九州でとんこつらーめんというと、臭みが切れない関係ですが、ここのとんこつは臭みも雑味もない上品な味です。 |
本日はこちらへ。
食べログ100名店にも選出されている福岡県行橋市にあるラーメン屋さん。
平日の11時30分到着。
駐車場は店の裏手にあり、満車でしたが入れ替わりで駐車できました。
店頭には10人を超える行列ができています。
回転は早く20分ほどで店内へ。
黒豚ラーメンのカタ、特製煮玉子をトッピング。
驚きの速さで提供されました。
泡立てられたクリーミーなスープはサラサラしていて臭みはなく豚骨の旨味は濃厚。
麺の硬さはカタにしましたが、他の店舗のバリカタ相当で、最後までダレることがありません。
卓上の辛子高菜も辛口でめちゃくちゃ美味いっす。
味のしみた味玉はトロトロ濃厚な黄身に仕上げてあります。
薄切りチャーシューはややパサつきがあり好みが分かれそうです。
辛子高菜や紅生姜、にんにくの醤油漬けなどで味変を楽しみつつ完食。
スタッフさんの接客も素晴らしかった。
