上品なとんこつらーめんの味が堪能できます。
九州でとんこつらーめんというと、臭みが切れない関係ですが、ここのとんこつは臭みも雑味もない上品な味です。 |
今まで食べた豚骨ラーメンで私は1番美味しいと思う！！（個人的主観）
コッテリなのに、変な臭みが一切ない。
細麺とスープとの相性が抜群！
今回はチャーシュー麺1200円➕煮卵
に餃子も頼んだ！！
本当にスープが満足するクオリティ。
ここほど、チャーシューが美味しい店は本当に少ない。私も初めて来た時は知らなくて普通のラーメンを頼んでしまった。そして気づいてしまった！
チャーシューも真剣に考えて作っている事に！
金田家本店さんは、ラーメンのスープ、チャーシューのクオリティ、煮卵も全てレベルが高い。
私が、チャーシュー麺を頼むラーメン屋さんはここだけ。
無料で食べれる高菜もまたレベル高くて美味しい！！
店内はキレイとは言えない。
店員さんの対応も普通。
古き良きラーメン屋さんの雰囲気。
でも、本当にチャーシュー麺は、他の追随を許さない圧倒的なクオリティ。
またすぐ食べに来ます！
