九州でとんこつらーめんというと、臭みが切れない関係ですが、ここのとんこつは臭みも雑味もない上品な味です。 |
月11時、開店直後。
駐車場も席も、ギリでしたが、
すぐ市役所の職員らしき人達で、
外待ちになりました。

チャーシューの花笠が、
豪華な彩りです。
ネギ盛りも迫力。
辛子高菜、紅生姜、壺漬け、
地元に愛される歴史を感じます。
美味しく頂きました。
