同僚から美味いと推薦があったうどん屋さんにお邪魔しました。豊前裏打会のお店のようです。
いつもは凄く混雑しているようですが、タイミングよく先客無しでした。今日はツイてる！
お店イチオシの「あなごぶっかけ」を素直にオーダーしました。プラスでミニカツ丼も追加。
5分ほどで着丼！
温かい出汁をぶっかけ、さあスタンバイ。
麺は中細で柔らかです。量は少なめなので大盛でも良いかもしれません。出汁は美味しいですね〜。好きな味。優しい味でした。
カツ丼は普通に美味しいです。ミニをオーダーしたので、カツに迫力が欠けるかな。ちょっと薄い。カツ丼をしっかり食べたい人はフルサイズが良いかもです。
田舎の大名丼（天丼）が気になり、次はこれを食べたいと思います。
