行橋駅近くにある洋菓子店「SUN」
去年開店した新しいお店です。
森の休日でランチした後、遊びに行きました。
今回頂いたのは「とろーりショコラ」
スポンジの上にドーム形のムースがどーんと乗ったケーキです。
ライオンの金ピカロゴが可愛いです（照）
中にプリンやミルクムースなどはありません。
100％ムース！直球なケーキです。
ムースはミルクチョコレートムース。
甘めでこってりしていますが、後味さっぱりな上品な味です。
ぷるぷるすぎず、クリーム過ぎず。
葛系のちょいぷる＆もったりした感じの食感です。
スポンジはカステラ風の黄色いスポンジ。
ふさふさ甘めの生地です。
ココア色のものもあるようです。
飾りのコーヒー豆はチョコレートでした。なかなか粋な演出です。
絶妙な甘さ加減のチョコレートケーキです。
構造もシンプルなので、間髪入れずにもりもり食べました！
焼きドーナツやシュークリーム、プリンなどのおやつも幅広く取り扱っており、
お客様は途切れなく来ておりました。街の人気店のようです。
シェフも笑顔の輝く素敵なお兄様でした。
今度は、また別のチョコレートケーキを食べにいこうと思います！
