大つけ麺博第四陣の5軒目は福岡の「久留米ラーメン玄竜」。
提供するのは「豚骨ラーメン」850円。
有料トッピングは
「チャーシュー」300円
「煮卵」100円
とシンプルです。
麺が茹で上がると、デポから麺を空中に飛ばして平ザルで湯切り。
ライブ感があり、いかにもイベントっぽくて好きです。
スープは泡立ち、チャーシュー2枚にキクラゲ、海苔、青ネギ。
泡だったスープを飲んでみると、クリーミーで濃厚な旨味と甘み。
匂いや脂の重さが無く、ストレス無く飲みやすいスープ。
それでいてシンプルに旨い豚骨スープ。
本能で美味しいと思ってしまう味です。
しなやかな極細麺もベストマッチ。
また、中央の辛味噌的なモノを溶かすと良い刺激。
チャーシューも柔らかく、王道で外さない豚骨ラーメンでした。
