近くに用事があったので寄りました。
祝日の14:30ごろに伺いました。
豚骨ラーメンを注文。
いわゆる泡ブク系といつやつですね。
カプチーノ系ともいう場合もありますね。
スープが泡立ってます。
綺麗に乳化されていて口当たりはマイルドです。
何よりもビックリなのが臭味なし。
綺麗に仕事されてるのが分かります。
麺は細麺。
久留米ラーメンかと言われると良く分かりませんが美味しかったです。
どちらかといえば博多ラーメンの一幸舎や一双の臭味なしな感じでした。
いずれにせよ、めちゃ美味かったです。
ここまでのラーメンは久し振りでしたね。
佐賀のいちげん、久留米の大龍一番以来です。
また絶対寄ります。
