かなり久々の2度目の訪問。
1度目は待ちましたが、今回はガラガラですぐ着席。
店員さんの雑談のみ聞こえます。
まずレジで注文、会計するシステム。
お冷はセルフ。
まず接客にかなり問題ありです。
ホスピタリティという言葉も知らないのでしょう。
論外。
厨房から店員さんの雑談が漏れ続けています。
接客とは何？と感じる接客・雰囲気。
訳あって詳細は伏せます。
接客と接遇の違い、サービスとは？
基本であり、とても大事な事です。
パンケーキ。
フレンチトースト。
冷凍ベリーをちらしてあったり一見華やかな盛付け。
味はいたって普通。
フレンチトーストは染みていないし、ノーマルトーストに近い。
かなり強気な価格設定。
店内は華やかに装飾されています。
サービスの精神とは、奉仕の精神。
それにはあらゆるカタチがあります。
店内を華やかに飾ることもサービス、
気持ちのこもった接客もサービス、
自分は後者に重きを置きます。
前回はランチ利用の混雑時で気付かなかったです。
サービスとは？
考えさせられました。
行橋付近において他に美味しい
親切丁寧なカフェを何件か知っています。
再訪はなしです。
