Kalbi, rump, kainomi, tongue, and horumon platter. My favorite is ichibone. Every cut has a beautiful color, and a texture that you can tell is definitely good meat. The fibers are perfectly crisp. It tastes good. The ichibone has a nice aroma, and the fat that spreads across your tongue is great. Although it's not in the photo, I ordered the marinated meat. This was great. The meat is crisp, but the sauce is soft and well-absorbed. The sweetness is not too strong, so it goes down easy. The room is completely private. The restaurant is spacious and comfortable. We had a great time.
