行橋市にて〜、新しいお店発見ッ(ﾟωﾟ)
トラヤ？いや、見た事あるなぁ〜。と。
近隣のみやこ町にトラヤという焼肉屋さん、同じように宮崎牛を提供されるお店で何度か利用してます。
おそらく、姉妹店？か２号店？
店外のメニューを見ると
テイクアウトもあり電話注文してみました。
待ちは20分ほどでした。
その間、辺りを散策(笑)
宮崎牛焼肉弁当「特上」1500円、
宮崎牛焼肉弁当「上」1100円、
どちらもワカメスープ付きッ！！
宮崎牛でこのお値段ならば、かなりお手頃かと(^^)
特上。
見事なサシのお肉、焼きも完璧で☆
ジュワッとジューシー、旨味と脂がご飯に絡まって美味しいです(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)肉のボリュームも凄い。
焼肉。完全に焼肉屋さんのソレです！
焼き野菜も手抜きなし、ポテサラもキチンと手作り！

切り落としですが、肉質の良い部位のものでしょうね( ^ω^ )
食べるごとに、肉・脂・味の違い、バラツキも多少ありますが、ソレもまた一興(^з^)-☆
美味しい、には変わりなく。
脂身の多い箇所もチラホラあり、後半ちょっと胸いっぱいになりましたが(笑)
焼肉屋さんって自分で焼きますね、当然。
お店では自分はついつい焼き過ぎてしまいますσ(^_^;)
この持ち帰りでプロの焼きって見事だと感じました！
お肉を取り扱うプロの焼き加減、絶妙です〜
この時期だからこそ、新たな発見が出来まして(〃ω〃)
外食自粛ムードがまだまだ続いている今。
