出張で北九州市へ
お昼の時間がないと踏んで朝からしっかり頂きましたが、意外と時間が取れてランチ（笑）
まー時間があるから食べておきましょう。
やって来たのは現場近くのこちらのお店。
カウンターと、大きめのテーブル、ちょうど良いサイズのラーメン店。
食券機から味噌ラーメン単品を購入、地域的に豚骨味噌かな？卓上にはオーソドックスなトッピングセット。
暫くしてラーメンの登場、ご対麺！
見た目はベーシック、大きな特徴は感じませんね。
もやし、ネギ、焼豚のトッピング。
胡椒を振りかけ、とりあえずスープから。
アッサリとした豚骨ベースの味噌ラーメン。
思っていたより、優しく美味しいスープ。
博多ラーメンから比べると太く感じますが、細めのストレート麺にスープがよく絡みます。
普通の豚骨ラーメンなら、トッピングで味変を楽しむところですが、思いのほかバランスが取れていたので、そのまま食べ切ってしまいました。
後でお店の看板を見たら、この卓上調味料も売りの様子、これは試しておくんだった（笑）
インパクトは有りませんが、飽きの来ない美味しいラーメンかと。
お腹に余裕が有れば炒飯も行ってみたかったね。
