チャーシューちゃんぽんにかしわにぎりでオーダー。
チャーシューがトロトロで美味い！
スープは豚骨の濃いめ。
具材はスタンダードで魚介類はイカくらいかな？
麺はラーメン用とは別の蒸し麺でざらつくが、
このざらつきがスープと合う。
昔はこのタイプの麺が苦手で、どちらかというと
コシのあるツルシコ麺が好きだったが
最近はこういうのも良い！
店員さんもテキパキして気持ちいい接客。
次回ラーメンを試したい。
