遠賀川の畔にあるこちらのお店、
焼き菓子のアップルケーキが美味しいらしいので
訪問してみました(^^)
リンゴは生だとサクッと少し酸味のある甘みが魅力ですが
焼くとほっこり、立つ酸味も消えて奥深い甘さが出てきて
違った美味しさに。
わたくし時にはリンゴ、生より焼いた方が好きだったりもいたします。
お店に着くと
なかなか趣きのある雰囲気。
店内入ると
お土産の焼き菓子なども種類豊富に売られていました。
カフェスペースはお店入って右手。
ピアノなども置かれていて。
テーブル席、適当な場所に座り
お水を持って来てくれた女性店員さんに
林檎の誘惑、アップルケーキセット
飲み物はアイスティーでお願いしました。
それにしても照明から装飾まで
とても落ちつける空間でした。
程なく到着した
アップルケーキとアイスティー
断面からも焼きリンゴがたっぷり詰まってるのが分かります(^^)
さっそくいただくと、

焼き菓子のイメージは少しモッサリ、ボソっとしたイメージもありましたが
この焼き菓子アップルケーキは
とてもジューシーでしっとり！
焼き菓子のデメリットは皆無
むしろ焼いたことによる
生地とリンゴの旨味を上手く引き出していて
これは完成された焼き菓子（＾ν＾）
美味しい！( ⸝⸝⸝⁼̴́⌄⁼̴̀⸝⸝⸝)
香ばしい生地とリンゴの旨味のコラボレート
存分に味わいました。
そしてさっぱりしたアイスティーで流し込み
ごちそうさま。
良き午後の紅茶タイムでした。
