岡垣町黒山にある『満洲軒』に行って来ました(^_^)
5年程前に 1度訪問した事は ありましたが、初レビューです。
水曜日の14時過ぎの訪問です。
外観は イニシエ系で、「昭和のラーメン屋」って雰囲気です‼︎
今回のオーダーは『チャーハンセット(ラーメン 焼き飯小)』です。
オーダーから 5分程で 『焼き飯小』が、程なくして『ラーメン』が運ばれて来ました。
先ずは スープから。濃厚な豚骨スープですが、マイルドな口当たりです。 ストレートの細麺との絡みも良く、バランスの良い ラーメンです‼︎
一方、『焼き飯小』は しっかり濃厚な味付けで、1口で「美味い‼︎」と思いました‼︎
次回は『黒山ちゃんぽん』いただきます‼︎
