お昼11時半頃行ったけど駐車場はほぼ満車。ギリギリ並ばず座れてすぐ満席。
私たちが食べてる間はずっと行列していました。
うどん以外のサイドメニューは巻き寿司、いなり、かしわのおにぎり、おでん、あんドーナツ、北九州地区では定番のおはぎがありました。
ごぼう天うどん、かけうどん、巻き寿司を注文。
他のお客さんは「具だくさんうどん」というものを注文している人が多かったです。
麺は手打ちで細麺でかなり柔らかいです。
出汁はしっかり効いていますが甘みはなくスッキリした味で、福岡県民が昭和の頃から食べている懐かしいうどんでした。
ごぼう天は揚げたてで大きなごぼう天がたくさん入っていました。
感染対策をかなり徹底していて、お客さんは入口でアルコール消毒、注文が終わるまではマスクは外さない。
満席の場合は番号札をもらい外で待機。
店員さんもレジなどの作業をするたびにアルコール消毒。
雨が降っていたため入口のドアを全開に出来ず、定期的にドアもアルコール消毒。
片付けの際はテーブル以外のパーテーション、メニュー、卓上の調味料までひとつずつ消毒。
などこまめに行っていました。
