I really like the nationwide chain store, Hamakatsu (Hamakatsu). The national chain is not a review specialist ... But! I think Hamakatsu goes beyond the boundaries of chain stores, so I'll write it. It just so happens to be a review of an intermediate store, but the general content should be the same for all Hamakatsu in Japan. Unless you Mr./Ms.'re an employee who is very bad at frying ( ̄▽ ̄;) I visit the store only occasionally, and this time it's probably the first time in two years. I went there on a weekday afternoon. I usually order "Dutch katsu" and the absolutely delicious one with cheese in the tonkatsu. This time for a limited time... By the way, I was attracted to the power word "Kishu Minami Takaume" and was simply grabbed by the menu that was written on "Layered Katsuto Fillet Zen (Ume Shiso) 1390 + Tax" Kishu Minami Takaume, Setouchi Lemon, Ako no Tenshio, and so on. The contents of the layered katsu and fillet set are a wonderful collaboration of layered katsu (ume shiso), fillet katsu, and fried shrimp. This is followed by rice (white rice or barley rice), miso soup (red miso or white miso), cabbage (julienned or cubed), and pickles (Nagasaki specialty burabura pickle). All refills are free. "Free refill" is a high cost performance at once and I'm glad that I can choose. Definitely always make wheat rice. It takes about 10 minutes from ordering to arrival, and while waiting, I put white sesame seeds in a mortar and just slither ... It is a sesame seed to match the sauce for cutlets. I like this time as well. Freshly fried cutlets are crispy and juicy. There are two types of sauces: a secret sauce and a dry secret sauce. As for the tartar sauce for fried shrimp, it contains yuzu and is refreshing. This is a skill. … And even though it's a chain store, it's such high quality that I write reviews. It's much tastier than eating at a bad tonkatsu restaurant Mr./Ms. and it's a good deal ('ω') Foot, and all the employees Mr./Ms. are always polite and Mr./Ms. customers, so I have a good impression.
