中間市に美味い蕎麦屋があると聞きランチで行ってきました。門構えからなかなかの雰囲気ですね。今回は深川飯がついた天ざる膳1850円を注文してみました。北海道産の蕎麦はほのかに香る上品さ。天ぷらも揚げ具合がちょうど良く、特に海老は身がふんわりとしており印象に残りました。つけ汁は濃くはなくほんのり甘く江戸前のこってり醤油ではなかったのですが逆にそれが私には合っていました。次回はじゃがいもの天ぷらも追加してみたいですね。
