もつ鍋うどん 820円
先月末で閉業しちゃったイオンなかま店のすぐ近くの資さんうどん。「競馬するかなマガアルマン、あてっこにするな、ひどすぎ借金」。水素以降の「ひ (H) ど (Cu) す (Hg) ぎ (Ag) 借 (Pt) 金 (Au)」、明日は我が身。
それはサテオキ。
天気もいいし心も穏やかなんでドライブ兼ねて資さんうどん中間マージンの搾取。もつ鍋うどんってあるのね。今まで気付いてなかったわ。て訳でもつ鍋うどん初挑戦半島。
もつ鍋うどん。麺はお馴染み資さんうどん麺。スープはかなり優しい和出汁系。モツは小さいながら牛テッチャンがそこそこ入ってる。後はごぼう天、玉子、各種野菜等。んでコレって土鍋効果なのか結構時間かけて食ったんだけど最後まで熱々。唐辛子入れる時にしくじって大量に入ってしまったのも一因。
途中、天かすとトロロ昆布を入れ過ぎてかなり味が濃くなっちまった…
