水巻町でちょっと残念な蕎麦をいただいた後は中間市でお仕事。
現場を中心にかなり歩き回ったので、小腹が減りました。
職場へ戻る前に立ち寄ったのは通谷駅から500mほど離れた「資さんうどん 中間店」さん。
さくっと食べれるのと財布の中に50円の割引クーポン券が入っていたのが理由です。 (笑)
駐車場に車を入れ店内に向かうと『冬の海鮮祭り』が展開中。
面白そうですね。
座席は壁際に沿ってボックス席。
フロア中央には目隠付きの片側4人掛け対面式カウンター席が数列。
隣とは仕切りボードが設置されてます。
時刻は13:11。
まだまだそれなりに混み合ってる時間帯。
空いているカウンター席に座ります。
キャンペーンメニューの中から注文したのは「あんこうのあんかけうどん（760円、込）」。
10分ほどで着丼です。
いただいてみます。
餡掛けのねっとりしたスープにもっちりとしたうどん。
テーブルに置いてあるとろろ昆布を投入すると相乗効果でさらにねっとりもっちり。
正方形に刻まれた海苔が別皿で付いてます。
これを適宜、どんぶりに散らしながらパリパリ感を楽しみます。
揚げられた鮟鱇の身3つ。
白身魚ということは分かりますが、鮟鱇と知っていないと、なんの魚か分かりません。
いただく際、魚特有のにおいがちょっと鼻につきますね。
割と甘めの仕上がりで、一味を投入し調整です。
しっかり温まりました。
