(New product for a limited time only) Despite being a fast food restaurant, it is said that the aggressive spiciness and numbness are the selling point, completely ignoring families and students. As a spicy food lover, this is a gem that is intriguing. I was tired and wanted to eat something spicy, so I passed by a South Indian Cuisine restaurant and visited the Mos Burger Nakama branch for the first time. Without hesitation, I ordered the Spicy Mos Cheeseburger with additional Sichuan pepper sauce. According to the Mos website, the Sichuan pepper sauce uses two types of pepper, red Japanese pepper, which has a strong numbing effect, and Sichuan pepper, which has a strong aroma, and the spiciness is made from chili peppers and doubanjiang, and the base of the umami is oyster sauce. White miso and black pepper are added as secret ingredients. The Sichuan pepper sauce is added on top of the Mos Burger meat sauce, adding spiciness and numbness. I like spicy food, so I can't use it as a reference, but it wasn't as spicy as I expected. From the second bite, I added more pepper sauce to the cut surface of Hamburger, which added sweetness and the numbing sensation of pepper. By the end, my lips were numb as I added more pepper sauce every bite, but the meat sauce and pepper sauce went so well together that I didn't even remember Hamburger. It was so delicious that I'd like to go back and try it again. It's only available for a limited time, so it was a delicious meal.
