味、コスパ、雰囲気すべてに渡って死角なし
2012年ベストラーメン（福岡県）第２位。
納得です。と言うか、第１位でも、おかしくないと個人的には思ってます。
まず、値段が安い！ラーメン並が５５０円。しかも学生（ぽぽぽぽーんは該当しませんが。）には380円で提供すると言う心意気が良いですね。
スープは優しめの味ながら、しっかりとトンコツを主張しており、このバランスが絶妙です。
その日の気分に合わせて、カウンターに備えられている大瓶の胡椒や、赤唐辛子のペーストで自分好みに微調整も可能です。
麺自体の太さが中細麺のため、硬さもお好みで選べますが、バリカタや粉落としは、お薦めしていないようです。
特段、一つ一つのパーツで突出したものは、感じられませんが、ラーメンとして完成すると、まさに王道。
最後の一滴までスープを飲干します。その後、どんぶりの底に粉みたいなものが残りますが、これこそ＜呼戻しスープ＞の証拠です。
味、コスパ、雰囲気すべてに渡って死角なし。欠点を挙げるとすれば、昼に行くと行列が出来て待たなければならないことぐらいか。

再訪先は特段の変動がない限りUPしない主義ですが、訪問当時は画像UPもしない主義。
こちらのお店の前回レビューは2013年5月と10年以上が経過。
画像のUPを兼ねレビューしてみることに。
平日、木曜、14時半をまわった頃、小腹が空きました。 (笑)
これは大砲ラーメン本店チャンス。
久留米どころか福岡を代表するラーメン店。
休日はもちろん、平日でもランチ時には付近は渋滞、大行列の超人気店でもこのタイミングなら・・。
しばらくぶりに行ってみます。
到着時刻は14:45分頃。
お店脇の駐車場にも空きがあり、すっと入れることができました。
本店には久々に来ましたが、駐車場にはトイレの建物までできており混雑の凄さが想像されます。
店内に入るとL字型カウンター席に1つ飛ばしにお客さんが座っている状況。
自分でちょうど1つ飛ばしで満席。
お一人様のお客さんがほとんどで小上り席は十分な空きがありました。
メニューも見ず注文するのは「ラーメン 並（780円、込）」の一択。
麺の硬さは普通でお願いしました。
店員さんは厨房のみにもかかわらず8人。
ここから未来のラーメンマスターが出るのかな？
なんて考えてると着丼です。
麺は久留米ラーメンにしては細麺タイプ。
喉越しのよい麺で、するするとお腹に納まります。
豚骨もすっとした感じであと味よいクリーミーな豚骨スープ。
トッピングは薄めのチャーシュー2枚にゆで卵スライス、海苔、ねぎ。
大砲ラーメンさんは支店も含めれば、たぶん自分の人生の中で最も食べてるラーメン。
なんかあまりにも食べ馴染み過ぎて逆に書きにくい。 (笑)
さっといただいて退店です。
ちなみに2013年時のラーメン（並）は550円。
このご時世、値上げは仕方ありませんが自分の収入がそれに比例して増えてる訳でもなし。
CP的な面で調整させていただきました。
相変わらずの美味しさです。
