福岡3泊4日の初日昼食は、福岡空港まで息子夫婦に出迎えてもらい、久留米に向かいました⊂((・x・))⊃
福岡といえば豚骨ラーメンを食さないわけには参りませぬ‼️
やってまいりました、超人気店『大砲ラーメン本店』さん、写真の通りピークを過ぎた13時半でこの行列、15組待ちで1時間ほどで入店( ˊ̱˂˃ˋ̱ )
タブレットでの注文、私め昔チャーシュー麺、息子夫婦昔ワンタンメン、嫁普通ラーメン各々オーダー
程なく運ばれて、先ずはスープから…塩味の効いたラードのコクは有りながら臭みのないディスイズクルメの味、麺は「カタ」でお願いしたのでズズズとすすれるスープのよく絡む麺ですね(*^◯^*)
それに初めて味わう豚脂の揚玉が良いアクセントになっています(o^^o)チャーシュー麺のバラ肉も薄くスライスされたしつこくない美味しいチャーシューです(*≧∀≦*)
流石久留米ラーメンの老舗、美味しく頂きました♪
