「特製味噌ラーメン」
昔からこれ。
先代が亡くなられ、息子さんになり、こってりなったと言う噂を聞き行ったら、全然そんなことなかった。
むしろ以前よりあっさり。
鍋を振っている音が厨房から聞こえてくるが、これはおそらく焼き飯を作っている音。
文化街にも店を構えてた時も、今も、変化はあれども久留米の人たちに愛されてるなと思う混み具合。
久留米で食べる久留米味噌ラーメン。
メンマのしゅんだ味、チャーシュー、麺、、、色んな足し算が面白い。
そして、特製を頼むとひき肉が入っていて、これがむちゃくちゃアクセントになっていい。
むしろ入ってないと嫌だ。
とにかく懐かしかった。
