久留米の昼食は焼きそばにしました。
B定食は焼きそば、小さいご飯、餃子入りスープ、そして漬物。
焼きそばは硬めでパリッとしてました。具は豚肉、もやし、ねぎ。隣のお客さんの真似をしてカウンターにあった二ビシソースをかけて食べました。シンプルですがクセになる味です。
この焼きそばは意外とご飯に合います。漬物がいらないくらいかな。
スープの餃子もニンニクが効いた しっかりした味で美味しかったです。
B級ですが侮れない味わいです。久留米のソウルフードってところでしょうか。
気のいいご主人のお店は地元のお客さんで混んでました。
